Shipping We offer Free Shipping for above Rs.2000 order. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment centre for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centre to the destination. The delivery usually takes about 6-7 business days.

Returns & Refund Policy
As all our products are food items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All goods are exempt from being returned as they are Perishable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items under specific conditions – if they are defective or damaged and are un-opened. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email of clear photos of the damaged product on hello@thelagomlife.in or call us on our customer care number and we will help you.

We will be unable to cancel orders once the order has shipped.
