These are the women who know exactly when the banana slices are golden enough, when the masala hits just right, and when the oil needs a little more love. Honestly, if you ever stepped into our unit, you’d think you were walking into the world’s most joyful snack lab.

Our kitchen smells like nostalgia. Coconut oil, curry leaves, chilli, jaggery… Every batch is made using real ingredients and traditional techniques passed down through generations — not factory formulas. And while we may keep the scale small, our dreams (and flavours) are anything but.
