Ordering &
Delivery
We currently deliver across India. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within a few business days.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Products
No. Our products are made without preservatives.
No. We do not use artificial colours or artificial flavours in any of our products.
Yes. Every Malabar Se product is vegetarian.
We use pure coconut oil for most of our products. Our Potato Chips, Onion Murukku, Ragi Murukku and Ragi Mixture are prepared using pure sunflower oil.
Each product has its own ingredient list, which you’ll find on the individual product page and on the back of the pack.
Storage
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Transfer the contents to an airtight container or reseal the pouch immediately after opening.
Returns &
Support
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photographs of the package, and we’ll assist you.
